Through formal organization, Physician Assitant graduates, students, educators and interested others can benefit the profession, our communities and most importantly the patient.

The purpose of the SJVC PA Alumni Association:

• Increase utilization of physician assistants in rural medically underserved areas or with medically underserved populations
• Sponsor continuing medical or medically related education programs for physician assistants and other health professionals
• Assist in the development of role definition of the physician assistant
• Promote regulatory and legislative changes which will enhance the ability of the physician assistant to provide quality medical care to the citizens of the Central Valley of California
• Promote the professional and personal development of the physician assistant
